What is your payout structure for consignment items?

The payout structure is 40% for my business and 60% for you. This ratio may be adjusted based on the quantity of consigned items and the rarity of the item.

Can I Set My Own price

My goal is to sell your item for the best price possible, so no. Pricing is determined based on data research, market analysis, and comparable sales—without emotional bias. However, if you have a minimum price in mind, we can discuss it.

Will You discount my items?

The determined price will remain in place for at least 30 days. If the item does not sell within that period, a discount of 10%-15% may be applied.

How long does the consignment period last?

The total duration for keeping your items is 12 months. After this period, you have the option to reclaim your items.

What if I change my mind and want my item back?

You can retrieve your items by providing a 7-day notice, as stated in the signed agreement, and paying a $20 USD fee (excluding shipping).

Do you cover the shipping costs for my item?

Yes, I cover the shipping for you to send your item to me. I also offer a pick up/drop off option within the Chicago area.

Can I keep track of my consigned items, sales, and payment history?

Yes, upon the listing of the item you will receive a log in and instructions on how to access your client portal. Within the portal you will be able to access all of this information.

How will I be paid and when?

Commissions are paid on the 15th of every month from the prior months sales.

Do you have a referral bonus?

Yes, I offer a $100 referral bonus for every successful consignment client referred to my store.
